Interiors of the apartments have new carpet, appliances, cabinetry, countertops, and central heat and air. Each apartment has a full kitchen with refrigerator, electric range/oven, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Some of our apartments have full-size washer and dryers in the units.  Other interior ‘extras' that are standard at all our apartments are mini-blinds, ceiling fans, wall-to-wall carpet and
spacious closets. We've even make each apartment cable TV ready. 

We believe it will be impossible to find anything of comparable quality and price in the entire New Orleans area. In addition, we challenge you to find another apartment complex that can meet our standards for customer service and community work!
