Everything we do at our apartment communities is about your satisfaction. Our ‘WE CARE’ philosophy means that we want to fix any problems in your apartment (regardless of how small) as quickly as possible.
In order for us maintain our high standards, we require Residents to report in writing any needed repairs or problems in their apartment as soon as the ‘problem’ occurs or is noticed.
Just a reminder that our maintenance staff is available 24-hours in case of emergencies! In the event that emergency repairs are needed (broken pipes, stopped-up toilets or sinks or roof leaks), you must notify us of the problem 504-367-6222within 1 hour of the initial discovery of the occurrence. It is your responsibility to do everything possible to reduce damage to the unit and your personal property (i.e., attempt to dry the carpet, clean up standing water, and move personal items away from the problem).
