B-G&G Investors Ownership Philosophy

B-G&G Investors are Limited Liability Companies under the day-to-day direction of Managing Partner, Howard Gyler.  We are committed to providing high quality housing at an affordable cost and to promote the convenience, safety and welfare of the individuals living in our apartment communities. B-G&G Investors does not accept local, state or federal tax dollars to rehabilitate our communities.

We are a for profit company practicing sound, aggressive business strategies in order to provide our investors a preferred rate of return and protect their initial investments.

What makes us unique apartment owners is that we do not view the concepts of 'profit' and 'community' as being exclusive of one another -- rather complements. We strongly believe it is our responsibility to 'give back' to society and support our Residents and the communities in which we serve as illustrated by our actions:

  • Active participation in community organizations.
  • Contributions in books, student and teacher supplies to area schools. We believe that children can only succeed when business is an active partner with the schools.
  • Contributions to support youth sports and art programs. We give consideration to research that proves that through the arts and recreation youth learn new skills, expand their horizons and develop a sense of self, well-being and belonging.
